Bio:

I'm nine years into making the web better-looking and nicer to use, after "discovering the internet" and "realizing how important design is to using the web" happened in quick succession.

Expertise:

I love and produce good typography and elegant UI/UX design, I can code beautiful x-browser CSS at the drop of a hat, and I know my way around a wide variety of CMS platforms. My day job involves a full-time mix of Plone/Python application development and UI work, so I've built a few Plone 3 themes and Content Type-based Products from scratch now.

Seeking:

... a fuller understanding of Plone internals. I want to learn to wrangle a portlet manager into submission. I want to programmatically add custom portlet templates to certain content types. I'd love to sit at the feet of a Plone+Javascript master, learning the ways of customizing actc_edit templates to provide AJAXy on-the-fly form field creation and addition. And I have a long way to go in using buildout and writing tests.
